Therapy for women ready to move beyond insight
I'm so glad you're here. My name is Leslie, and I care deeply about helping people feel more at home within themselves. I specialize in working with women healing from complex, developmental, and relational trauma—especially those who may understand themselves quite well, yet still find themselves overthinking, taking care of others, struggling to trust their own needs, or repeating patterns in relationships they thought they understood by now.
My work goes beyond insight alone, helping you explore how these patterns live in your nervous system, relationships, beliefs, and different parts of yourself. I offer warm, collaborative telehealth therapy to adults in Washington, Colorado, Florida, and Louisiana.
About Leslie
I came to this work through a deep curiosity about people—how we become who we are, how we adapt to what happens to us, and what helps us heal and become more fully ourselves. My own path has woven together psychology, contemplative practice, creative expression, somatic approaches, and a longstanding connection to the natural world. All of this has shaped the way I practice therapy: with curiosity, respect for complexity, and a genuine appreciation for the many ways we learn to make our way through our lives.
I hold a master's degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology and have advanced training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), with a particular focus on complex and developmental trauma. My background also includes trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, Ayurveda, herbalism, and more than 15 years of meditation practice. I draw from this broader background thoughtfully while grounding psychotherapy in my clinical training and each client's individual needs.
As a therapist, I am warm, collaborative, and engaged. I don't believe there is one right way to heal, and I place particular importance on autonomy and consent in our work together. I want therapy to be a place where you can bring more and more of yourself, become curious about your experience without judgment, and approach difficult things without being rushed. Over time, my hope is that our work helps you develop a deeper sense of trust in yourself and your own experience.

Therapeutic Approach
My approach is integrative, relational, and experiential. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, NARM, somatic therapy, mindfulness, and transpersonal approaches, adapting our work to your needs rather than using one method for everyone.
Together, we may explore thoughts and beliefs, emotions, relationships, different parts of yourself, and what is happening in your body and nervous system. I am especially interested in the places where insight alone hasn't created the change you hoped for, and in helping you develop new ways of relating to yourself and your experience.
I specialize in complex, developmental, and relational trauma, including the patterns that can emerge around attachment, anxiety, self-worth, boundaries, and relationships.
Licensed Telehealth Therapy
I hold a master's degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology and am licensed to provide psychotherapy to clients in Washington, Colorado, Florida, and Louisiana. Sessions are offered exclusively via telehealth.
Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to you. I place particular importance on autonomy, consent, and creating enough safety to approach difficult experiences without forcing the process or moving faster than feels useful.
I welcome adults of all sexual orientations, gender identities, cultural backgrounds, and religious or spiritual beliefs. You do not need to share my background, beliefs, or ways of understanding the world for us to work well together.
Licensed Psychotherapy
Coaching
I offer trauma-informed coaching to adults outside the states where I am licensed to practice psychotherapy, including clients internationally. Coaching may be a good fit if you're interested in exploring patterns in relationships, self-trust, boundaries, personal growth, or navigating meaningful changes in your life.
My coaching work draws from many of the same relational, somatic, mindfulness-based, and parts-informed perspectives that shape my work as a therapist, while remaining distinct from psychotherapy. Together, we can clarify what you're wanting to change, explore what may be getting in the way, and support you in moving toward your goals with greater awareness and choice.

Get in Touch
I'd be happy to hear from you. I offer a free 15-minute consultation where we can talk briefly about what you're looking for, what you're hoping for from our work, and any questions you have about working together.
There's no pressure to decide anything during the consultation. It's simply a chance for us both to get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.
